Shipping & Tracking

Tracking is automatically sent to your email address once the item is shipped.

If you have an account with Odd Sox, you can log into our account to track your order or check your order status at any time.

Domestic orders over $50.00 receive free shipping.

Standard Mail (4-8 Business Days) costs $4.00 USD.

Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days) costs $10.00 USD.

Rush Shipping (2-3 Business Days) costs $30.00 USD.

International Shipping (9-21 Business Days) costs $33.00 USD.

Yes, Odd Sox ships internationally. Please note: International shipping costs range from $15.00 to $33.00 USD.

Route Package Protection is a low-cost insurance method that gives you, our customers, piece of mind after checking out. If your package is lost, stolen,
or damaged, Route allows you to easily file and claim and ensures you receive satisfaction guaranteed.

No, you do not have to purchase Route Package Protection but it is highly recommended.

Please note: Odd Sox is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items purchased without Route Package Protection.

Exchanges & Returns

We do not offer returns for refunds only exchanges if the product has not been opened and returned in the original packaging. Sox Boxes are excluded from exchanges.

To start a return, please contact online@oddsoxofficial.com to start a return. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in the email.

If your product has arrived damaged, please refer to your Route Protection Insurance in order to start a claim and receive a refund for your order.

If your package was not insured with Route, unfortunately we are not responsible for the damaged products. You must start a claim with the package carrier.

 

Checkout & Account Information

You can change the address before it ships by contacting online@oddsoxofficial.com. Once the order has shipped, you must contact the package carrier and inform them of the change in delivery address.

You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, email online@oddsoxofficial.com. Include your name and order number in the email.  

If your order has already shipped, you must start a return once the package has been delivered. 

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once the purchase has been processed. If you would like to exchange an item, please wait until the item has been delivered and email online@oddsoxofficial.com.

We have major sales often! To use a discount code on your order proceed to the checkout page. Enter your discount code in the field marked "Discount Code" and click apply.

Odd Sox accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and
Shop.

Please Note: You are only eligible for Shop if your order is over $50.00 USD. Shop is a payment method split into 4 payments. You are subject to a credit check in order to qualify for Shop Payments.

If you no longer want to receive email promotions from us, you can simply open an email from Odd Sox and scroll down to the bottom. Click "Unsubscribe" which will alert you that you have chosen to opt out of email messages from Odd Sox.

Please Note: If you choose to unsubscribe, we must still send you order confirmation emails to track your purchases.

Sox Box Questions

Yes. Our Sox Box subscription requires an account to be made to ensure that you get styles that you prefer.

No. We have already marked our boxes down to the lowest available amount.

We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your Sox Box subscription, simply log into your ReCharge account and locate your subscription and select the dropdown to either Pause or Cancel the order.

Please provide us with feedback and your reasoning for canceling so we can improve our Sox Box subscription.

The Odd Guarantee is so ODD you won't believe it.

We will do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied with your Odd Sox purchase! Within 30 days, if you're unsatisfied, we will do a full refund. No questions asked! But, you MUST send us a photo of how unhappy you are with our socks in the photo.
