Shipping policy

Free shipping with domestic US orders over $50; Continental 48 US states; Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our Florida, US headquarters shipping center.

When the order is processed, shipment notification and tracking are provided via email or text message. Email and text information used is associated with the buyer account or confirmed order. Tracking updates may take a day or two to update.

Buyers are responsible for providing a valid ship-to/delivery address at the time they confirm their order; we try our best to validate all addresses, but will not be responsible for non-delivery due to missing information or invalid ship-to/delivery addresses.

Orders ship using primarily with USPS (UPS ground on occasion); Expedited shipping service options are presented during the checkout process for an additional charge; Updated near real-time tracking information can be found on the carrier's website.

All orders automatically include Route protection insurance with the cost showing in the shopping cart at checkout and is recommended; Buyers may opt out of Route protection coverage during checkout; Purchased Route protection insurance policies are non-refundable; We may not be able to assist with packages that have a physical delivery scan to the provided address.

Address changes are not permitted, however, please email us at so that we can review the request and provide available options as soon as an issue is identified.

Shipping charges and services for all orders or returned packages are non-refundable.

International orders over $100 USD receive free standard/economy shipping; Applicable International shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process.

International orders do not include duties, tax, or VAT owed; the Buyer is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and VAT and arranging payment prior to delivery. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to duties, tax or VAT payments owed.
