We do not offer refunds only exchanges if the product has not been opened and returned in the original packaging.
In order to exchange the order you will have to send back the unopened pairs in the original packaging to the address below.
Inside of that return create a list of socks that you want to exchange them for.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
You are only able to exchange pairs for equal or lesser value.
Socks can only be exchanged for individual pairs and no credits will be given.
Please make sure the replacement list does not consist of sold out items.
